The District’s Operator, H2o Innovation, will be mobilized and standing by to deal with any water main breaks and or water plant issues in Terranova West.
If you experience a water pipe break on your side of your water meter, H2o can only shut off your water at your meter. They cannot help you with leaks on your side of your smart meter.
It’s a good idea to take the time now to wrap exposed pipes and outside faucets. If you have an irrigation system, turn it off and wrap and drain your backflow preventer.
