Water/Sewer bill creeping up?

The District has not raised residential the water/sewer rates and, so far, the NHCRWA has not increased their fee.

If your water bill is up, it’s simply because you’re using more water. Checking your EyeonWater via the website or app can help you determine when and where your using more  water by looking at your daily usage hour by hour to look for spikes. You can also set up a “Leak Alert”. With the prolonged hot weather we’re experiencing, residents are running their irrigation systems more, keeping pools filled, if you have one, washing vehicles more because of the Sahara dust, and you could have a leak in your home or yard. You are responsible for any leaks on your side of the MUD Smart Meter. If requested, the District’s Operator, H2o, will check your smart meter for you but they’re extremely accurate and it’s rare to see one out of calibration. The H2o call center phone number is listed on your water/sewer bill, on the District’s website, and in H2o’s website.
