District Updates – March 2023

District Operator, H20 Innovation News

To make it easier for residents to access information, set up new service, pay their water/sewer bill, and to call or email the call center, H20 Innovation has redesigned their website. You can access it from either the District’s website, https://www.tnwmud.org or H2O’s website, https://h2ocustomers.com/pay-my-bill.

Reclaimed Water for Irrigation Project

The contractor laying the phase 1 T C Jester reclaim water line estimates a March completion date. Upon completion, the work area will be restored as it was.

The Board has received the analysis and new irrigation design documents from the irrigation consultant working on the phase 2 new irrigation system. Once the documents have been reviewed and accepted by the Board, the next step is to begin the request for a quote process.

The current go live estimate is October 2023.

A FAQ document about the project and a map detailing where the line will run in the District can be found on the District’s website.

Questions about the project? Email the Board or, better yet, attend a monthly meeting and ask your questions.

Park/Greenspace News

Security cameras have been installed to deter graffiti vandalism along with new signage in the Oaks Detention Pond.

Monthly MUD Board Meetings

The District is working on multiple, very exciting projects, all designed to improve the quality of life in the District. Several residents attended last month’s meeting to learn about these projects. All District residents are welcome and encouraged to attend the monthly Board meetings to learn what’s going on in the District and ask questions. Regular monthly meetings begin promptly at 6pm, the third Thursday of every month at the clubhouse unless otherwise posted. Resident input is always the 1st item on the agenda. Agendas are posted on the clubhouse and on the District website no later than 3 days prior to the meeting.
